Cooperation and Networks
What is the role of networks in equal opportunities policy? Close cooperation with colleagues within the university as well as nation-wide alliances have proven to be very effective. The same holds true for networking with feminist and equal opportunity institutions. Positions and statements can be developed and communicated much more effectively.
Networks play an important role for university life and careers. However, women are often not or only marginally represented in classic structures and networks. The Central Women’s Representative takes the initiative in coordinating opportunities within the university and in a wider context.
