10 am - 1 pm: Business Modell Pt. 3 There are many business ideas, but how do you turn a first idea into a sustainable business model? - Who could be my customers and what exactly do they want? - Do I solve a relevant problem and what is the best solution for it? - Is there a market for my product and how do I make money with it? Founders need to find answers to questions like these and many others. The workshop gives an overview of the components of a business model and their interaction. Step by step, the development of a business model is run through in order to provide a common thread for one's own start-up project. 2 - 5 pm: Social Business Financing How do I convince others of my idea? Knowing how to "sell" something successfully is not only necessary in the classic sales context, but also in discussions with investors, lenders, cooperation partners etc. The workshop is about the basics of sales and how they can be applied to any life and start-up situation in which you want to convince.
