The Family Support Centre is located in the Humboldt-Universität main building on Unter den Linden 6, in room 1028. The office is equipped with nappy-changing facilities and a play area. You can contact the Family Support Centre for advice by email, telephone or in person. We offer weekly open office hours on Campus Mitte and monthly office hours on Campus Adlershof. Office hours vary during semester recess. We would also be happy to arrange appointments for individual consultation.
We will handle all of your problems in confidence. If you wish, we will act as an intermediary to arrive at a solution.
We offer support if you have any questions or problems regarding childcare, caring for relatives, organising emergency care or study organisation for students with family obligations.
Counselling is available in German, English and Spanish.
