Be it in management bodies in companies or universities: Women are hardly represented in important positions of power. The keyword money also shows: not only do women earn 18% less - that is 4.81 € per hour - but they also invest significantly less. Our guests are Monika Schulz-Strelow, founding president of Frauen in die Aufsichtsräte (FidAR), and Karolina Decker, managing director of finmarie GmbH. Both have been campaigning for the equality of women in leadership and finance for years. Therefore, we want to discuss with you together: Where do we stand on the issue of gender equality right now?
