There are many business ideas, but how do you turn a first idea into a sustainable business model? - Who could be my customers and what exactly do they want? - Do I solve a relevant problem and what is the best solution for it? - Is there a market for my product and how do I make money with it? Founders need to find answers to questions like these and many others. The workshop gives an overview of the components of a business model and their interaction. Step by step, the development of a business model is run through in order to provide guidance for one's own start-up project.
